2022 – Seminar ModeratorTransforming Food Systems for Rural Prosperity, 28 March 2022. This seminar at Sida’s HQ in Stockholm to launch the International Fund for Agricultural Development’s (IFAD) 2021 Rural Development Report; Transforming Food Systems for Rural Prosperity promoting equitable livelihoods for rural people, who are front and centre in transforming food systems, alongside the need to improve nutrition and protect the environment.

2021 – Conference ModeratorSustainability Frontiers Conference, 14-15 February 2022. The conference was co-organised between two leading Swedish sustainability centers/organisations, Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS) and Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI).

Themes: Decolonising; Resistance and social movements; Degrowth; Digitalisation and sustainability transitions; Inner transformation and future imaginaries.

2021 – Workshop lecturer – Virtual Workshop on Project management and theory of change for the course Intellectual Property for Women Entrepreneurs from Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities organised by World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO in cooperation with International Labour OrganizationInternational Trade Center and International Trademark Association (INTA).
The Program aims to encourage women entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity related to traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions by strengthening the capacity of indigenous and local community women entrepreneurs to make strategic and effective use of intellectual property tools in support of their entrepreneurial activities.

2021 – Conference Moderator Food Systems for New Realities – Agri4D 2021.  3 Day event to progress towards sustainable and just food systems – Organised by SLU Global at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and the Swedish International Agriculture Network Initiative (SIANI), with support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

2020 – Webinar ModeratorRecovery, reactivation and resilience – sustainable food security in a post-COVID world – High level webinar with IFAD and Swedish MFA discussing a sustainable and food secure recovery from COVID-19.

2020 – Webinar Moderator – Youth in Agribusiness: Coping with COVID-19 in the context of a changing climate – Organized by the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS), 2SCALE, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (UN-FAO), AgriProFocus, the Climate Smart Agriculture Youth Network (CSAYN), and Practical Action.

2020 – Webinar Moderator – The Agripreneur Coach: Digital Coaching for Agribusinesses in Eastern Africa – This was an online coaching session discussing business plan basics and hearing real life examples featuring the Founder and CEO of the Agripreneurship Alliance and a successful pig farming agripreneur from Uganda.

2019 – Webinar Moderator – Innovation and intellectual property at the forefront of agricultural development – This webinar took the form of a chat-show, featuring guests from PRV, WIPO, and Sida as well as professionals who have participated in the ITP course in the past. The aim is to explain the role of IP, to demystify some of the common assumptions surrounding it, show why IP is needed through practical applications.

2019 – Webinar Moderator – Agri4D Digital Edition – Soil Degradation and the SDGs – Looking at the socio-economic drivers of soil degradation and exploring how these drivers are linked to land degradation.

2018 – Event Moderator – Right Livelihood breakfast seminar with Award winners Tony Rinaudo och Yacouba Sawadogo.

2017 – Event Moderator – Urgency in Action: Understanding human behaviour and ensuring human rights and gender equality in response to climate change. Donor agencies’ annual 2-day workshop and conference for the Asia-Pacific region with over 300 delegates.
